At Hidden Garden, we want your home sanctuary to be perfect; if a piece doesn't fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it securely to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
